Roger P. Thibault, P.E., LSP



Mr. Thibault has been in responsible charge of numerous hazardous waste site evaluations, clean-ups and urban re-development projects under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan and federal programs. He has served as LSP-of-record for a wide range of sites and has provided hundreds of LSP opinions regarding releases of petroleum products, chlorinated solvents, metals and other hazardous materials at commercial and industrial sites, spills of motor fuels and oils from transportation accidents, and releases related to large-scale land disposal of hazardous wastes, industrial and shipyard materials. Mr. Thibault has designed and implemented site cleanups involving dual phase extraction systems, in-situ chemical oxidation, capping, major excavations of contaminated soil, and extraction and treatment systems.
